Interpretation
"businessonlineapp" may be referred to using pronouns such as "we," "us," or "our" throughout the terms and conditions, representing the entity providing the services, also known as platform.
Applicable to the users
User Responsibilities
Users booking appointments with our vendors are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during the booking process. Any false or misleading information may result in the cancellation of the appointment and may be subject to legal action.
Data Accuracy
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided during the booking process. Any errors or inaccuracies in the provided information may lead to issues with the appointment and are the sole responsibility of the user.
Booking Process
The booking process involves selecting available time slots, providing necessary information, and confirming the appointment. Users must adhere to the specified steps during the booking process. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the appointment.
Applicable to the vendors
Fair Usage Agreement
If you cause the platform to cease to function or cause deterioration, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently cease service. In the case of a temporary service interruption, we agree to provide an ETA as to when our capabilities will be increased to support the demand. The default threshold for this agreement is a constant 10 requests per second for over 5 minutes.
Tarification Changes
In accordance with the fair usage agreement, we reserve the right to change the tariff for our services to support a larger volume of requests coming from your business practices and/or demands.
Outage Disclaimer
In case of an outage, we are not responsible for the loss of business encountered by your business. We take upon the responsibility to do everything that we can to avoid such events, but it remains out of our control.
Maintenance
In accordance with the outage clause, we may schedule maintenance to work on our servers. You will be informed of maintenance 1 week before they happen, unless the maintenance is required to fix an immediate problem leading to an imminent outage. In the case of maintenance, we are again not responsible for the loss of business but will do our best to minimize its impact.
Security
We use attack detection systems such as fail2ban and others to detect and prevent potential vulnerabilities. We also internally run security checks and backup our database to a cloud service. In the event of an attack on the system, we take upon the responsibility to inform you within 24 hours of our acknowledgment and share details about what has been impacted if any data has been leaked. Apart from doing our best to avoid attacks, we are not responsible for the damages caused by a hacker.
White Hat Security Testing
White hat security testing must be conducted with prior permission. All unauthorized security testing is considered a crime by Canadian law, specifically under Criminal Code of Canada, Section 342.1(1). We reserve the right to give or not to give a reward for a vulnerability reported.
Liability Limitations
In no event shall businessonlineapp be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of data.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for users who violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

Changes to Terms
By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. businessonlineapp reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and businessonlineapp regarding the use of our services.
